1. Re-engaging The Existing Audience for Celebrity Makeup Artist

Objective:To activate and engage the client’s existing Instagram followers, an audience that was previously passive and unresponsive to content, thereby addressing the client’s key concern of low interaction from current followers.

Client: Priyadarshini - Celebrety MakeUp Artist  

Approach: I began with audience behavior analysis, identifying active time slots (notably 6 PM) through data-driven insights and engagement tracking. By using interactive story elements such as polls and questions, I tested audience responsiveness and discovered that content featuring the artist’s face generated significantly higher engagement. 

I Then,

->Scheduled content strategically during peak activity times
->Prioritized relatable, face-forward content
->Used stories and comments to build two-way conversations
->Consistently responded to follower interactions to nurture community

Objective: To increase content reach and ensure it connects with a relevant audience, not just wider visibility, but visibility that converts to meaningful engagement and growth.

Approach: We focused on intent-driven trend research. I explored trending topics within the makeup space on platforms like YouTube and shopping platforms, where user intent is highest—especially during searches and purchases. Shopping trends helped identify what audiences are actively seeking to buy, giving us insight into what kind of content would resonate most. 
One standout insight: “Makeup pouch/kit” was a top search trend. We quickly adapted and crafted a content piece around this topic, positioning the makeup artist’s expertise while tapping into an ongoing conversation.

->Optimized posting time and CTA placement
->Encouraged audience interaction (comments, DMs)

2. Creating High-Relevance Content That Attracts Organic Reach & Brand Recognition
